By downloading, installing, or using the DreamBear app, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
DreamBear is an AI-powered app that generates personalized bedtime stories for children. Stories are created using artificial intelligence and narrated with professional voices.
3. User Accounts
To use DreamBear, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Parental control is required for children under 13.
4. Subscription and Payment
DreamBear offers a free tier (1 random story per night) and DreamBear+ paid subscriptions. DreamBear+ Monthly is available at $9.99/month and DreamBear+ Yearly at $79.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Settings at any time. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the app. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
5. Content and Copyright
All generated stories, illustrations, and audio content are protected by copyright. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial use within your family.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of DreamBear is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
7. Child Safety
DreamBear is designed with child safety as a top priority. We comply with COPPA and GDPR regulations. There are no advertisements or links to external sites in the app.
8. Disclaimer
DreamBear is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may occasionally contain unexpected elements.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email.
